Most of the beer in the world is filtered by diatomaceous earth, as is the traditional filtering method in my country. However, with this filter, the pollution is serious and the stability is poor. In order to reduce pollution, membrane filtration technology is used to save energy and reduce consumption. The reverse osmosis method produces low alcohol beer. First, the beer is concentrated by reverse osmosis. Due to the poor retention of alcohol by the membrane, a certain amount of permeate is separated together, Then dilute the concentrate with a non-alcoholic solution (such as sterile water), which reduces the alcohol content of the beer.
