Preparation process of purified water equipment for pharmaceutical use
This equipment is manufactured by Wenzhou Haidoneng Environmental Protection Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. It is a 5 ton automatic two-stage reverse osmosis water purification equipment with softening belt.
1. The production of purified water for pharmaceutical use usually has the following three processes, and the process route can also be determined according to customer requirements.
(1) raw water, raw water tank, raw water pump, multi-medium filter, activated carbon filter, softener, precision filter, primary reverse osmosis, secondary reverse osmosis, ozone generator, purified water tank, UV sterilizer, pure water pump, water point.

2. Raw water quality must meet drinking water standards.By tap water pipe network has its own pressure or after secondary pressure water to be processed into the pretreatment system, the reduction of water into the two-stage RO system with security cartridge filter, seepage water by ozone disinfection into purified water storage tank, after remove all remaining ozone, uv sterilizer and further disinfection, sent by purified water pumps water points, complete the purified water production process.Purified water in the water tank through the external pump continuous circulation, and in the circulation process of adding, continuous disinfection, removal of residual effect, to ensure that the quality of purified water remains unchanged.
3. Advanced continuous electric deionization deep purification process is adopted for WFI.Part of the purified water is fed into the rear segment unit, namely EDI unit.In the EDI unit, the ions are further removed, and the effluent passes through the precision cylinder filter and enters the storage tank of water for injection with steam mixing heat, and then is sent to the plate heat exchanger by the external injection water pump for cooling and enters the pipe network of water for injection.
4. Purified water and injection water are returned to the storage tank, and self-circulation is realized when no water is used at the water point.
